It?s rarely a good thing to be investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.? Of course they?ve had their massive blunders over the years ? one word:? Madoff ?? but usually if they set their sites on a target, they have a pretty good success rate of finding wrong-doing.? Recently, they set their sites on the City of Miami.? An investigation by federal authorities concludes the city misled investors as it sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of bonds.? Not good.
